May 9 is National Animal Disaster Preparedness Day. According to various sites more than half of North Americans are not adequately prepared for an emergency. Did you know that it is our responsibility to take care of ourselves and our family including our pets. The Ontario SPCA and Humane Society have compiled a comprehensive list that you can use as a reference to prepare an emergency kit for your furry family members.
